                                  trung bình, cho thịt khô chay và dầu hào chay 
                                  vào. Rưới nước súp chay vào từ từ và nấu cho 
                                  mềm, sau đó lấy ra thái hạt lựu.</font></li>

                                  trở lại, cho dầu ô-liu vào. Khi dầu nóng, cho 
                                  hành và sả (hoặc gừng) vào khử cho thơm. </font></li>

                                  mèo, thịt chay vào xào sơ cho đều. </font></li>

                                  vị vào, nấu khoảng 10-15 phút. Nêm nếm cho vừa 
                                  ăn rồi tắt lửa. Trộn rau ngò om (hoặc ngò), 
                                  nhắc ra khỏi bếp để rau còn giữ lại màu xanh.</font></li>
