                                  <u>Cách luộc bánh hoành thánh:</u></font><br>

                                    <li>Đổ nước vào một nồi trung bình, khoảng 
                                    nửa nồi. Cho 1 muỗng cà-phê muối vào nước.</li>
                                    <li>Ðặt nồi nước lên bếp lửa nấu. Khi nước 
                                    sôi, cho 15 viên hoành thánh vào nồi, khuấy 
                                    nhẹ tay.</li>
                                    <li>Khi nước sôi một lần nữa, cho thêm 1 
                                    chén nước vào nồi.</li>
                                    <li>Khi nước sôi một lần nữa, lại cho thêm 1 
                                    chén nước vào nồi.</li>
                                    <li>Khi nước sôi lần thứ ba, là bánh hoành 
                                    thánh chín. Lấy bánh ra, để vào rổ cho ráo 
                                    nước rồi xếp ra đĩa. Đừng để bánh dính sát 
                                    vào nhau cho đến khi nguội bớt.</li>
                                    <li>Lặp lại phần 1-5 để làm số bánh còn lại 
                                    (cứ 15 cái bánh một lần). Ăn bánh hoành 
                                    thánh khi còn ấm, cho bánh vào nước súp chay, 
                                    hoặc ăn không cần nước súp.</font></li>
