½ cup milk

cup sugarless yogurt

teaspoon vanilla extract

1 full cup
all-purpose flour

teaspoon baking powder

teaspoon baking soda

A pinch salt

Directions

Mix the all-purpose flour, baking
powder, baking soda, and salt together.

Put milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract into a bowl. Using an egg beater, mix
all the ingredients.

Combine the two mixtures made in steps
1 and 2. (Make
sure it is thoroughly mix and there are no flour clump.)

Grease the frying pan, and pour in
1/7 or 1/8 of
flour mixture.

Fry until surface looks dry. Turn
over to fry the other side.
