Pan Cake 

IngredientsYields 7 or 8 servings

  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup sugarless yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 full cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch salt

Directions

  1. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.

  2. Put milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract into a bowl. Using an egg beater, mix all the ingredients.

  3. Combine the two mixtures made in steps 1 and 2. (Make sure it is thoroughly mix and there are no flour clump.)

  4. Grease the frying pan, and pour in 1/7 or 1/8 of flour mixture.

  5. Fry until surface looks dry. Turn over to fry the other side.
