Ginger and Milk Tea 

 

Ingredients (picture 1)

  • Pinch of black tea leaves or 1 bag tea

  • 200cc hot boiling water 

  • 1 teaspoon fruit syrup or brown sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice (picture 2

  • 5mL soy milk     

 

Directions

  1. Put black tea leaves in hot boiling water for 3~5 minutes. Strain the black tea leaves.

  2. Add fruit syrup and soy milk, lastly add ginger juice to. Mix well.

 Additional ginger juice may be added and you will feel warm and may uplift your spirits.
