Vegetarian Chicken With Tomato Sauce
II. Ingredients:

Vegetarian Chicken Pattie**

2 tomatoes
-
Some mixed
vegetables
III. Seasonings:

teaspoon salt

teaspoons sugar
-
½
teaspoon vegetarian
seasoning*

Some
Maggi soy sauce*

Tablespoons tomato sauce
IV. Starch solution:
1
teaspoon cornstarch
and
1 Tablespoon water, mixed thoroughly
V. Directions:

Cut vegetarian chicken patties into 2 thin
pieces or use as is. Wash
and cut tomatoes into small cubes. Rinse
the mixed
vegetables and set aside.

Preheat a little cooking oil in a
frying pan. Fry vegetarian chicken on low heat until golden brown and remove
from heat.

Add 1 Tablespoon cooking oil in a
frying pan. When the oil is hot, stir-fry cubed tomatoes and mixed vegetables on high heat. Then add
seasonings and starch solution. Cook until boiling.

Pour stir-fried mixed vegetables on
top of fried vegetarian chicken. Serve.
