Ingredients:

Tablespoons pine nuts

pound baby bok choy*

½ cup diced
carrot

cup diced vegetarian ham**

cups cooked rice

Seasonings:

1 teaspoon
salt

1 teaspoon vegetarian seasoning*

Directions:

Dice baby bok choy, vegetarian ham and
carrots. Set aside.

Fry pine nuts until light golden
brown.

Preheat 1 Tablespoon cooking oil in a
frying pan, and stir-fry vegetarian ham until fragrant. Remove from heat
and set aside. Add 1 Tablespoon cooking oil and fry white rice, baby bok choy, carrots, and seasonings. Add pine nuts and fried
vegetarian ham. Mix well and serve.
