Vegetable Tofu Casserole

Ingredients:

1 package VegeFarm**
Assorted Vegetables and Tofu Mix
-
2 tomatoes
-
1 slice ginger
-
Some mixed vegetables
-
2 Tablespoons tomato sauce
-
¼ teaspoon salt
-
1 Tablespoon sugar
-
¼ teaspoon vegetarian seasoning*

A
few drops Maggi soy sauce*
IV.
Starch solution:
1
teaspoon
cornstarch*
or chestnut powder*,
1 Tablespoon water

Directions:

Cut the tomatoes into 8 wedges each.

Add 1 Tablespoon cooking oil to a frying pan. When
the oil is hot, sauté ginger until fragrant.

Add in the tomato wedges and the
Assorted Vegetables and Tofu Mix. Stir-fry until
well mixed.

Then add some water, mixed vegetable, all the
seasonings ingredients, and stir well.

Stir in the starch solution and serve.
