soaked overnight

200g vegetarian

thawed, cut into small pieces and fried in a frying pan

shiitake mushroom*,
washed, with the stems removed

lycium berries*,
washed and drained

Directions:

Put all the
ingredients into the clay pot, add 4 cups boiling water, and stew for 2
hours. Serve.
