Kirin Eggplants In White Sauce

Ingredients:

2 medium size
Japanese eggplants

10 small pieces veggie meat pattie**

Sauce
ingredients:

1 piece cheese
-

Tablespoons coconut powder*

2
Tablespoons unsweeten condensed milk

Cook
the
above sauce ingredients in 150ml water until all melted and mixed
IV.
Directions:

Cut
1/5 of each eggplant length evenly in half (not through),
place 1 veggie meat pattie in between.

Bake for 5
minutes.

Cook the
sauce with cornstarch to even, then pour over the
eggplants and serve.
