I. Recipe name:
Shredded Vegetables With Soybean Sprouts
II. Ingredients:

1 pound soybean sprouts*

2
green cucumbers or
zucchini squash
-
1 carrot
-
6 fresh shiitake mushroom*
-
1 piece ginger
III. Seasonings:
A dash of salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, a dash of
soy sauce
IV. Directions:

Wash the soybean sprouts. Shred
the
zucchini squash, carrot and the shitake mushrooms.
Slice the ginger.

Add 1 teaspoon cooking oil to a frying pan.
When the oil is hot, add in all the
ingredients and stir-fry quickly on high heat.
Then add in all the seasonings and stir well.
Remove from heat and transfer the stir-fried
mixed vegetables onto a plate.
Serve.
