With Hot-Pickled Mustard Root

 

I.     Recipe name: Steamed Minced Veggie Beef With Hot-Pickled Mustard Root

II.     Ingredients: (Yields 4 servings)

  1. ΒΌ can vegetarian beef burger*

  2. 1 hot-pickled mustard root (any size)

III.     Directions:

  1. Wash the hot-pickled mustard root and cut into slices.

  2. Mix the vegetarian beef burger with cornstarch, light soy sauce, sugar, and cooking oil.

  3. Put the hot-pickled mustard root slices on the bottom, add the vegetarian beef mixture.

  4. Steam for 8 minutes and serve.
