Ingredients:

1 whole echalion
shallots onion*
(another type of shallots, but long and large)

8 pieces vegetarian veal**

1 green
bell pepper
-
1 red bell pepper

Tablespoons vegetable oil

teaspoon salt

teaspoon brown sugar

Tablespoon soy sauce

teaspoon sesame oil

teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Remove the root and tough portions of the
echalion shallots onion. Cut into bite-sized
pieces.
(Echalion
shallots onion
can be substituted with ½ onion or ½ cabbage)

Remove the seeds from the red and green bell
pepper and slice.

Pan-fry the vegetarian veal until fragrant.

Add the bell pepper cubes and the echalion
shallots onion, stir-fry quickly.

Add the sauce ingredients and sprinkle a little
water until fully cooked.
