Fried Tofu
I. Recipe name: Fried Tofu
II. Ingredients:

cucumber, sliced for garnish

Red
pepper, green pepper and Chinese parsley (optional), minced

100g
vegetarian chicken**, minced
-
1 block
(2-10 oz.) firm tofu, cut into big squares
III. Seasonings:
-
1 teaspoon
salt and 1 teaspoon bean powder
-
½ teaspoon
fruit seasoning*
-
Pinch sugar
-
3 teaspoons
water
-
A little
cooking oil
-
Dill or
lemon grass, minced
IV. Cooking utentils:
Non-stick frying pan
V. Directions:

Mix the
bean powder, salt, fruit seasoning, sugar, and
water together.

Preheat the cooking oil in a non-stick frying
pan, and fry the tofu until light golden brown.
Then add the dill (or lemongrass) and vegetarian
chicken, stir well. Add the peppers and stir-fry
in high heat. Then add the seasonings mixture
and stir to mix.

Garnish
with Chinese parsley and cucumber slices.
