Stir-Fried Veggie Meat with Vegetables
I. Recipe name: Stir-Fried Veggie Meat with Vegetables
II. Ingredients:

5 dried
black fungus*,
soak in water until soft, washed and sautéed

head cauliflower, cut
the florets apart

1
squash*, peel
off the firm skin, cut diagonally

2 stalks
celery, cut off the firm part, cut into sections and stir-fried

½
carrot, cut into small pieces and stir-fried
-
100g
vegetarian chicken**, diced

Some
raisins and nuts
-
2 small
slices ginger, sautéed
III. Seasonings:

1 teaspoon
salt
-
3 teaspoons
water
-
½ teaspoon
sesame oil
-
½ teaspoon
each of sugar, beans starch, and fruit seasoning
IV. Cooking utensils:

Non-stick wok

Prepare
all the ingredients as listed above.

Mix all seasoning ingredients well.

Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan, sauté ginger, add the first
6 ingredients, and stir-fry. Then add the seasoning mixture, and
stir well. Sprinkle raisins and nuts. Serve.
