Tri-Colored Vegetables With Veggie Meat
I. Recipe name: Tri-Colored Vegetables with Veggie Meat
II. Ingredients:

100g
vegetarian ham*

2 potatoes

1 carrot
-
½ head
broccoli

50g shredded
cheese
-
A pinch of
salt

3
slices of ginger
IV. Directions:

Cut all
the ingredients into small cubes.

Heating
the cooking oil in a frying pan and sauté ginger.

Add
vegetarian ham, potatoes, and carrots. Stir-fry
for few minutes. Then add salt and 1 cup
water. Cook with a lid covered until
all the ingredients become slightly soft.

Add the
broccoli florets and stir-fry until the color
turns bright green. Add cheese and remove
from heat. Transfer the vegetables to
a plate.

Sprinkle
some shredded cheese on top and serve.
