I. Recipe name: Salted Mustard Greens with Water Bamboo

Ingredients:

450g water bamboo*

150g salted mustard greens*

1 red pepper
-
3 pieces vegetarian ham**

Seasonings:

3 Tablespoons vegetable oil

½ teaspoon salt
-
1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions:

Peel off skin of the water bamboo and cut into
thick pieces.

Soak the salted mustard greens in water to
reduce the salty taste and dice.

Cut the vegetarian ham into thick strips.

Slice pepper into small pieces.
-
Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan. Sauté
the water bamboo and vegetarian ham until light
brown.

Add salted mustard greens, chili peppers and
seasonings.

May add a little water if the dish is too
dry.
