Golden Vegetarian Fish

I.     Recipe name: Golden Vegetarian Fish

II.     Ingredients:

  1. 1 package VegeFarm* Haddick Fillet

  2. A few red cabbage leaves (for garnish)

  3. 6 cherry tomatoes (for garnish)

  4. Cooking oil

III.     Directions:

  1. Cut the vegetarian fish in half or use as is.

  2. Thinly slice the cabbage.

  3. Wash cherry tomatoes and set aside.

  4. Preheat the cooking oil in a frying pan. Add the vegetarian fish and fry on medium to high heat until golden brown. Remove from heat, arrange fried vegetarian fish onto a plate, and serve.
